Fresh locally grown produce
Picked at the peak of ripeness and grown at our farm in Henry County — from crisp greens and juicy tomatoes to sweet berries and fragrant herbs.

A small farm in Pleasureville, KY that offers fresh produce, chicken, and pork.

Dan grew up in Western New York working closely with his grandfather and uncle on their dairy farms and grape vineyards. Ruth, from Arkansas, grew up helping her parents in the garden every year — and helping her mother can green beans and make the best bread & butter pickles, traditions she carries on to this day.
We met in 2015 and kept adding to the garden until we couldn't eat it all, so in 2017 we started selling the extra. In 2018 we took sweet corn, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, green beans and tomatoes to the La Grange Farmer's Market. We bought our 25-acre farmland in Pleasureville in 2022 and the 30-acre neighboring farm in 2024.
Now we're both “retired” from our firefighting and teaching jobs and farm full-time. We refrain from using herbicides and pesticides on our produce, and all of it is grown on our farm in Henry County.
Shop fresh produce, pork, chicken and eggs and pick them up at one of our local pickup spots.
